About Me
It takes courage to try something new and I am glad you are seeking that support. I engage each client in a compassionate and individualized manner. I believe in the power of connection and collaboration. As our relationship develops, we will create an environment that not only supports you, but also empowers you to reach your goals. Together, we can set the stage for a stronger sense of self, and be proactive in creating a more secure and self-aware path. My therapeutic work is tailored for each individual client’s needs, drawing from various evidence-based therapeutic models. I use EMDR to help our bodies and brain process stuck material and move towards adaptation. I also offer SPACE training for parents, which is an amazing way to help reduce their child's anxiety. Relationships are fundamental to our work together. This will enable me to better understand you, so that I can support you in a personal, proactive, and meaningful way. I hope you see this as an invitation to reach out and open the door to to participate in your growth and find your path forward.
