About Me

Hi! I’m Andreana! I am licensed in California as a marriage and family therapist (CA BBS, MFT #109620) with one mission: I’ll help you find true healing, so you can show up for yourself and the people around you. My clients are women, men, and nonbinary people. Like you, my clients are usually able to successfully “put one foot in front of the other” to get through life, but feel constantly on edge or numb. If that sounds familiar, maybe that’s because you’ve have had hard times in the past but hoped that keeping it secret, pushing it down, or distracting with work (unpaid or paid) would help. These tactics worked for a while, but eventually they (and you, perhaps?) are left feeling unknown, unseen, and unloved. My commitment is to give you the opportunity to live full, vibrant lives once again. As a Certified EMDR Therapist (EMDRIA, 2021), we’ll use EMDR Intensive Therapy to help you 1) feel safe, 2) develop skills to cope with your struggles, and 3) face the past AT YOUR PACE. This will help you develop new freedom, meaning, relief, and ability to connect with others. I also train and mentor other therapists and EMDR therapists, which keeps me up to date with the latest research, trends, and societal challenges.
