About Me

Andrew Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Andrew graduated with his Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands in August 2025. He also earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling degree in 2018 and a Specialist in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2019 both from Southeast Missouri State University. Andrew has specialized training in Addiction Counseling and Trauma-Informed Care. He is a certified emdr therapist and consultant-in-training. Andrew has a variety of clinical experience working with chronic mental illness, addiction, domestic violence, and eating disorders. Many of the presenting concerns Andrew has worked with include depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, marital conflict, substance dependence, trauma, and work-related stress.
