About Me

Hi! I’m Angelica, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with nearly 10 years of experience providing individual counseling across the lifespan. In addition to my clinical work, I supervise associate-level counselors, supporting them as they build confidence, competence, and clarity in their professional journey. My primary area of expertise is trauma recovery—a field I’ve devoted the past eight years to. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults impacted by abuse and trauma. Beyond trauma-focused care, I also help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including: Life transitions Relational conflict Balancing life’s stressors and demands Grief and loss Anxiety and depression As a bilingual counselor, I provide culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish. I’ve also conducted extensive research and clinical work on multigenerational trauma, with the goal of helping families break cycles of abuse and move toward lasting healing.
