About Me

I've been in this field for over 29 years and believe in a holistic approach to assist people in meeting their goals. I spend time getting to know and building a connection with my clients, which I've been told helps them feel more at ease and engaged in treatment.

Education & Experience

I use many different therapy approaches depending on discussions and goals with my clients. Often, they become building blocks when using EMDR. Even though these other techniques can be helpful, the therapy that I have found to be most effective has been EMDR. Over the years, I've had clients tell me that they could cognitively make changes but struggled to feel it. EMDR seems to bridge that gap for them.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I have presented trainings for First Responders and Suicide Assessment and Prevention. I received training in Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc.
