Ann Trammell Qualls, MA, LPC
About Me
Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned that while developing healthy coping skills is essential, lasting change occurs when we dig into the root issue. Sometimes, what we’ve experienced gets stuck in our brain and nervous system and this can cause many different issues like anger, depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, or even addiction. I am excited to meet you right where you are and navigate a path to lasting healing. I welcome people from all walks of life. My goal is to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space for everyone. Please feel free to call, text, or email me with any questions. I look forward to meeting you!
