About Me

As a firm believer in the significance of both our past and present experiences, I integrate evidence-based, universal practices in my clinical work to promote optimal self-growth, self-compassion, and physiological healing. I have been trained twice in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), hold a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and am trained in Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Polyvagal Theory, CBT and DBT. I work closely with individuals (adolescent and adult clients) dealing with challenges related to past and/or present traumatic stress, anxiety-related disorders, attachment, and interpersonal/familial distress. My identity as a therapist is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and safety, and my clinical work is informed by an integrative, holistic approach to treatment that mirrors each client's individual needs.
