About Me
As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating a range of concerns, including trauma, OCD, anxiety, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. I bring a warm, engaged presence and collaborate with clients to identify what’s keeping them stuck, draw on their inner strengths, and move toward greater clarity and direction. I believe that with the right support, it’s possible to move through internal barriers and create space for peace, connection, and fulfillment. Therapy with me is active and personalized. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP).Therapy with me is active and personalized. I offer in-person sessions in Bethesda, MD and provide virtual services in Maryland, DC, Vermont, and Colorado.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Social Work in Clinical Practice and Leadership from the University of Tennessee. I have experience working in public schools, community health, private practice, and intensive outpatient settings.
