Online Therapy

About Me

I provide specialized therapeutic support for adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. My work is centered on helping clients deepen insight into emotional and behavioral patterns, process overwhelming or unresolved experiences, and strengthen coping tools to cultivate clarity and resilience. I facilitate an attuned and grounded space where clients are empowered to develop self-trust, shift long-standing patterns, and build a more balanced and purposeful life. My approach to therapy is dynamic and completely personalized. I draw from a versatile, evidence-based set of modalities to promote lasting change, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Exposure and Ritual Prevention (EXRP). I offer a secure, confidential environment designed to make starting your therapeutic work as easy as possible. Sessions are available in-person at my Bethesda, MD, office or conveniently online for clients located across Maryland, Virginia, Vermont, Colorado, and Washington, DC.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Doctor of Social Work in Clinical Practice and Leadership from the University of Tennessee. I am a board approved supervisor and have experience working in public schools, community health, private practice, and intensive outpatient settings.
