About Me

I'm a doctorally-trained, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) who works with adolescents and adults through depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship struggles, and the life transitions that tend to upend everything at once.
My approach to therapy is dynamic and completely personalized. I draw from a versatile, evidence-based set of modalities to promote lasting change, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Exposure and Ritual Prevention (EXRP).
I offer a secure, confidential environment designed to make starting your therapeutic work as easy as possible. Sessions are available in-person at my Bethesda, MD, office or conveniently online for clients located across Maryland, Virginia, Vermont, Colorado, and Washington, DC.
