About Me

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults to help process unresolved experiences and cultivate a healthier, more positive sense of self. My approach is grounded in fostering a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported in understanding and transforming patterns that contribute to emotional pain and distress. By integrating EMDR with other trauma-informed modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), I work alongside clients to navigate complex emotions, shift deeply held beliefs, and uncover inner resilience. My goal is to guide clients past the challenges that impact their daily lives, strengthen meaningful relationships, and create lasting balance and well-being.

Education & Experience

I completed my MSW at the University of Maryland and earned my Doctor of Social Work in clinical practice and leadership from the University of Tennessee. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor in MD and DC. I have worked in public school, community health, and intensive outpatient settings, and am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP).
