About Me

I went into the field of psychology to better understand myself, family, my peers and future clients. Along the way, I discovered the joy in helping others better understand themselves through counseling. My experience is vast, working in many roles including case manager at a LMHA, crisis intervention specialist (MCOT), Substance Abuse counselor, behavioral health specialist, inpatient psychiatric therapist ad private practice therapist. These roles have helped me gain valuable skills and understanding in what is needed to be successful in helping my clients meet their life goals. Little did I know that my desire to better understand myself would lead me to my life passion in helping others.
