About Me

Life should be about happiness but at times we all face challenges which can make that difficult. I recognize that choosing to seek support can be a courageous and challenging step. A qualified practitioner can help you understand your current situation while empowering you to reach your healing goals.

Education & Experience

I work with a range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, chronic pain, stress and burnout, TBI, and life transitions. My focus is on identifying and addressing root issues to facilitate meaningful change and improve overall well-being. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed and collaborative person-centered approach that prioritizes your unique needs. I integrate EMDR, CBT, somatic methods, mindfulness, emotion-focused therapy, and CPT into my sessions. My therapeutic style is genuine, compassionate, and empathetic, built on a foundation of respect, safety, and confidentiality.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Together, we will work towards your goals by leveraging your strengths, exploring your identity, discovering new tools and resources, and fostering resilience and stability.
