About Me

Anne Chambers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Rural Psychiatry Associates. Anne has worked in outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, and home health, and in professional organization settings. She has experience in client-centered therapy, brief solution-based therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, EMDR, behavior modification, crisis intervention, relapse prevention and response, group therapy, and other forms of counseling. She has worked on a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, grief and loss, stress management, burnout, trauma, co-occurring disorders, professionals in crisis, suicide survivors, anger management, career challenges, and navigating major life changes. She works primarily with individuals, and provides treatment to adults & geriatric patients. She enjoy water aerobics, gardening, and raising chickens in her free time.
