Education & Experience
Mrs. Kerr has been working in the mental health and counseling field for over 25 years. Annette earned her Masters of Science in Counseling in 2002 from Oklahoma State University graduating with Phi Kappa Phi Honors. Previous to her Masters Annette earned her Bachelor's of Arts Psychology degree from the University of West Florida. She first became a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma in 2004. Due to military moves, she has held state licenses in three other states besides her current license in Texas.
