About Me

Hello, I am Annick, mental health therapist, EMDR therapist, member of the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and member of the Regroupement des interveners et therapists en medicine alternative et complementary (RITMA). My master's studies in psychoeducation will allow me to accompany you and help you overcome the most difficult moments of your life. My primary goal is to help you face everyday challenges and find new paths and healthy coping strategies to integrate into your daily life. We will work together, and through your life path, to properly decode your motivations, your feelings, and your emotions in order to identify the psychic, emotional and behavioral axes where the barriers are to be removed. I specialize particularly in the treatment of anxiety disorders since I myself suffered from an anxiety disorder. My mission is therefore to help people overcome their difficulties and facilitate the reduction of symptoms related to anxiety. The practice that I offer you is positive and integrative in orientation. The soul, the body, the heart, the spirit and the environment in relation to the individual are the pillars of clinical observations that found my practice.
