About Me
I help ambitious women heal relational trauma and build thriving lives on solid foundations. As someone who comes from a relational trauma background and was the first in my family to attend college (an Ivy League graduate, no less), I deeply understand how achievement can become both armor and a measure of worth. After repairing the cracks in my own psychological foundation through years of intensive study at Esalen Institute, graduate school, and my licensing journey, I founded Evergreen Counseling—a trauma-informed therapy center in Berkeley. Launched as a new mother with an infant daughter, I scaled Evergreen from zero to a multi-state, multi-million-dollar corporation with 24 W-2 employees in less than five years. With over 15,000 clinical hours guiding Silicon Valley leaders, as well as women in medicine, law, and business, I continue to serve a select number of ambitious women seeking to heal relational trauma and thrive. At Evergreen, I also lead a team of 15 trauma specialists and four full-time administrative staff serving 400+ clients weekly across California and Florida. My clinical insights on trauma recovery, high performance, and achievement trauma have been featured in The Information, Forbes, Business Insider, NBC, The Huffington Post, and more. I regularly consult with media about the intersection of ambition, trauma, and sustainable success. Each aspect of my work—clinical practice, running my therapy center, writing, and speaking—has one purpose: helping ambitious women repair the foundational psychological cracks that achievement alone can’t fix.
