Anuradha (Anu) Malik is a seasoned Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over a decade of experience in diverse treatment settings, including hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient programs. With a deep commitment to healing, Anu specializes in trauma, codependency, substance use disorders, sex, love, and porn addiction, eating disorders, and mood disorders. She also supports clients in navigating complex challenges such as personality disorders, OCD, phobias, anger, grief, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and perfectionism, while guiding them through meaningful self-development. Anu’s approach is integrative and holistic, blending evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Task-Centered Approach (TCA), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), expressive and mindfulness practices. Education & Experience
Anu earned her B.S. in Psychology from Suffolk University, followed by a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from William James College. She has had the privilege of working for some renowned organizations, including Massachusetts General Hospital, Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, and Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. Her vast experience led her to serve as the Assistant Clinical Director at Meadows Malibu prior to venturing into private practice.
