About Me
The heart of my practice is to create a safe environment where you feel empowered to share your story. My therapy approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, combining evidence-based modalities to meet your needs. I have experience in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who have experienced trauma, PTSD, grief, chronic stress, chronic anger, depression, anxiety, suicide ideations, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we can work towards gaining independence in managing your wellness. Drawing from a rich background in Clinical Counselling, my therapy is tailored to individual needs. It blends psychoeducation on brain health with evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, MBCT, ITATM, and trauma-focused therapies. I offer a supportive space to explore life challenges and improve cognitive functioning.
