About Me

I am accepting new clients online and in person! The primary focus of my work is empowering people to heal from negative life experiences (ranging from seemingly small things to major traumas). We are all shaped by our experiences, and it is my goal to help people identify and work through the events that have led them to difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and low self-worth.
