About Me

My biggest passion has always been to help others, and I am so grateful that I am able to achieve that passion as a therapist. Through my own healing journey, I have found grace in managing life stressors, so I know firsthand how frustrating and challenging things can be! A good work/life balance is a strong priority of mine, so in my free time, I like to workout at the gym or enjoy outdoor activities. I spend most of my time with my husband and our fur babies, but we always make time with family and friends as well!

Education & Experience

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Alvernia University in 2017, followed by a Master's degree in Social Work from Kutztown University in 2020. My professional background includes experience in both child welfare and community welfare. Over the past five years, I have focused on the mental health field—beginning in inpatient psychiatric care and transitioning to private practice, where I have been working for the last three years. As your partner in therapy, I will offer you a safe space to express yourself authentically. I use a somatic focus with EMDR, which means I will encourage you to listen to your body and use this to connect with yourself. Helping my clients identify struggles and find new skills for managing or coping makes my work as a therapist feel very rewarding. Healing is possible, and you can grow into the person you were always meant to be. My mantra is quite simple: I am here to help you help yourself. I do not have all the answers, but I am here to guide you as you find solutions through use of nonjudgment, active listening, and, of course, a sprinkle of humor.
