About Me

My goal as a therapist is to help you gain effective coping skills and strategies to achieve your wellness goals. Therapy is a very useful and effective tool to help you be successful in all areas of your life. Coming in for therapy can feel intimidating and scary, I work really hard to make this step as easy as possible. I have years of experience working with families, couples and individuals with a diverse array of challenges. Codependency, addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar, life transitions, trauma, domestic violence and divorce are some of my specialities. I have extensive training in addiction, domestic violence, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and EMDR.

Education & Experience

2013 I graduated with my MSW. I worked in substance abuse primarily from 2012-2016. In 2016, I completed EMDR training and I started working in an outpatient mental health agency until I opened my private practice, Reflective Counseling Services in 2020.
