About Me

Throughout the years I have gravitated towards working with survivors of traumatic events. Trauma varies across all cultures and personal perspectives, but I am here to work with you and support you in whatever way you define your own experience. I specialize and am certified in EMDR. I'm also trained in many other modalities so our time will be used to meet your needs in a way that works. Sometimes our past holds us back from moving forward. Together we will look at those events, build upon the strengths you have within and use your ability to walk through the challenges you're facing now with confidence and a new sense of self. All elements of successful growth are dependent on our sense of safety within our self and the world. We are all deserving of safety and security and together we will create that space. I enjoy supporting others wherever they are in their journey by building upon self-awareness, strengthening inner resources while creating new ones. I don't believe therapy to be a one size fits all solution. Treatment should be curated and molded to fit the needs of each person which might change day to day, and that's OK! I honor and welcome these shifts as an opportunity for exploration. I look forward to meeting you!
