About Me

With over a decade of experience in mental health, I have cultivated a trauma-informed approach to care that spans diverse populations and life stages. I have continually expanded my practice and areas of specialization to best meet the unique needs of each client, regardless of life experience or diagnosis. Mental health care should not cause mental health problems, and I strive to offer compassionate, personalized care to foster a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to explore, grow, and achieve their mental health goals.

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, with a Doctorate in Social Work, focusing my research throughout this degree pursuit in trauma-informed telemental health services and foundational conceptualization to review trauma focused expansion of care through a cultural humility and competence. My clinical practice has focused on trauma specializations, anxiety and ADHD reflection and focused intervention treatment, and professional training including: S.A.F.E. EMDR, Gottman Method Levels I and II, Attachment-Based Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused approaches, and Somatic/Mindfulness Therapy.

I current practice direct care independently and throughout a group practice located in Blue Ash, Ohio, with virtual care practice with independent clinical and clinical supervision status in the following states: Ohio, Kentucky, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
