Ashley Oneita Critelli, LISW
About Me
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) specializing in trauma-focused therapy to help individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, HeartMath techniques, Attachment-Focused Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in addressing the root causes of their challenges. My work emphasizes emotional regulation, personal empowerment, and cultivating deeper connections with self and others in a safe and compassionate environment. Together, we explore pathways to healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Ohio State University and am licensed as an Independent Social Worker in Ohio. My training includes EMDR, HeartMath techniques for stress management and emotional regulation, Structural Dissociation, and Attachment-Focused Trauma Therapy. I am also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). With a focus on treating PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment injuries, I aim to tailor every therapeutic experience to meet the unique needs of each client. My practice reflects a commitment to ongoing education and providing holistic care for long-lasting healing.
