About Me
Sometimes folks feel stuck and overwhelmed because of their life circumstances, upbringing, or traumatic experiences. As a result, finding ways to navigate life’s challenges can be difficult and lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. Whether your child is struggling to manage their emotions, or your teenager is finding it difficult to navigate life while figuring out who they are, or even you as an adult finding ways to move past traumatic experiences, I am here for all of it. My approach is to honor the life story you bring into the room and attune to the cultural nuances that impact you to be the person you are today. While I offer each person I work with an individualistic approach, I am certified in EMDR therapy to support children, teens, and adults process traumatic experiences in order to make steps towards healing. I believe we all have immense resiliency, even in our darkest moments. Healing is an adventure in itself, and as a therapist walking alongside you on your healing journey, I am here to listen, support, and challenge you to build a life that fulfills you.
