About Me
I offer a grounding, empathetic approach to therapy. I love connecting deeply with my clients and learning about their life stories, relationships, identities, and experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative process and, while I am here to provide guiding questions and facilitate growth, I believe you are the expert on your own story. I provide a non-judgmental, comforting space where you can process your experiences, learn or further develop self-awareness and coping skills, notice and understand patterns you feel are holding you back, and ultimately help you move from surviving to healing and thriving.
