About Me
Do you struggle with depression or anxiety? Are you unsure of what to do from here? Let's untangle those moments to help you see your true self, which includes your strengths, struggles and life transitions. When we see ourselves through a different lens, we may recognize a more authentic self, creating self-acceptance and self-love. Let’s work together to create a relationship based on trust, genuineness and acceptance. I have daytime and evening availability. View 31 Photos I recognize that our past sometimes weaves into our present, affecting our relationships and daily lives. Sometimes, we will focus on current struggles, and at appropriate times, we will dig to the "root" of our behaviours. I'll be here to guide you and walk alongside you as you navigate these events. I will remain non-judgemental, and empathetic while utilizing empirically-proven methods, tools and resources as I see fit. I have a trauma-informed lens. The therapeutic process can be fulfilling, challenging and a growing experience. It can be a new path to mental wellness, however you may define it. You deserve wellness.
