I have my Masters from Central Ct State University and my Bachelors from Eastern Ct State University. I am EMDR Certified and have been utilizing EMDR since started training in 2016 (9 yrs now). I have been in the mental health field for 24 yrs. I have been a therapist for 19 yrs. I have been working with all ages for a long time, but have decided to focus on helping adults going forward at this time.
