About Me
I work with Adults and Young Adults on a wide range of issues and difficulties. My approach involves identifying the source of your struggles at the root, and using this awareness to shed unhelpful patterns in the present. Establishing skills to give some relief from your current symptoms and make them more manageable, so that you can start feeling better sooner and move forward with your life. Some specific interests include anxiety and depression, self -esteem, trauma, regulating emotions, relationship and communication problems, divorce, life transitions, grief, and parenting issues. I value a collaborative environment to develop new insights and strategies to manage stressors, process emotions, enhance strengths and implement effective life changes. Difficulties processing emotions and a lack of coping skills can keep people feeling 'stuck' and be a barrier to experiencing growth and joy in life.
