About Me
I am a caring, compassionate, licensed psychologist who is experienced in providing individual therapy using a range of tools and techniques. I am highly committed to working with you to decrease your experience of emotional pain, to help you find fulfillment and love in your relationships with others, and to guide you towards peace, acceptance, and joy in your relationship with yourself. I consider my work my life’s work. I come with almost 10 years of experience working with individuals presenting with diverse problems and circumstances. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and sleep problems. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who have been struggling with core beliefs of “I am not good enough” or “I don’t matter”. I want to help those who want to be free of those lies. I encourage my clients to envision how their lives would be different if they actually believed they were “good enough” or that they “do matter.” What is envisioned is the life that we are striving towards in therapy. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I use EMDR therapy as the main intervention. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and purpose driven life, because it is not easy…but its worth it. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
