Online Therapy

About Me

I am an Indian-Australian counselling psychologist, currently living and working in India. I started my career with suicide counselling, then moved into family mediation and parenting, before finding my niche in trauma and early-life trauma, which is what I specialise in. I incorporate a blend of trauma therapy such as EMDR, cognitive therapty such as CBT, and values- and acceptance-based therapy i.e. ACT. Majority of my clients are 18+ although I still see families and younger children. I provide in-person consultations in Guwahati (India) & online consultations pan-India and overseas. I'm fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese, and Bengali. I grew up in India but spent my adult life working and living in Australia. I accumulated a lot of experience working and living in two different cultures. I have grown myself in two careers (my previous career was in IT and Financial Services). And I lived through many life transitions along the way.
