About Me
I enjoy working with individuals and families. Together, in a safe environment, we discuss the difficulty you or the family members are facing and explore behaviors, relationships and feelings. Through exploration I help you resolve personal problems and issues according to your needs or the needs of your family. EMDR has become an important and efficient intervention I use to assist clients with various types of trauma in their life. With 28 years of active duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard I have a keen understanding of the challenges veterans and their families face.
