I work with individuals 14 years and up, and I am deeply committed to supporting people on their healing journey. If you are struggling with issues of past childhood trauma, identity issues, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed with life, you're in the right place! Being a therapist of color, I am able to understand the unique challenges for BIPOC members of the community, as well. I have 14+ years experience working with individuals to help regain a sense of control in their lives. I am a consultant and certified EMDR Therapist that specializes in trauma, anxiety, and authenticity treatment, utilizing EMDR, Heartmath, CPT, ACT, and DBT. I strive to create a safe, authentic, and vulnerable space for those looking to take back control. I understand that healing is a deeply personal journey, and my role is to guide and support you every step of the way, as you work to heal from past trauma and grow in your life.
