About Me

Hello! I'm glad you are here and ready to take steps towards healing and wellness! Let me tell you a little about me. My name is Breanna and I love working with people! I value compassion, empathy, and humor and enjoy partnering ​with my clients  ​to  ​help  them meet  ​their  ​needs  ​and  ​work  ​towards  ​goals that are important to them.  I believe it is important to acknowledge areas of growth. I am always learning and pursuing a better understanding of how to come alongside people and value who they are and their experiences. With over nineteen years of clinical experience working with adults, families, youth, and children in private practice, community mental health, residential care, and within student ministries, I offer an all encompassing approach to care. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in Washington State. My specialties are Trauma and PTSD, Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and Severe Mental Health Issues. I am an EMDR Certified therapist and find this is great way to help clients move through prior trauma and develop the life they want to live. In addition to EMDR, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment theories, along with other evidence-based practices. As I continue on my own healing journey, I am inspired by the growth in my clients, as well.
