(He/Him)
About Me
My therapeutic approach is results-driven and action-oriented, focused on leveraging an understanding of your past to develop a clear, actionable plan for your present and future. I aim to guide you toward re-establishing a connection with your authentic self, fostering renewed self-worth and a positive self-image. Together, we will work to help you recover from trauma and addiction, cultivating the healthy relationships and essential life skills you need to grow into your best self. I am committed to helping you understand how to take action in order to heal and grow, providing a framework you can apply long after treatment. I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery using a framework from the PLR institute to understand how to heal and grow from emotional abuse, EMDR, DBT (Shift focus from external events to the internal triggers for emotional disregulation/enhanced emotional intelligence and coping), ketamine assisted therapy, and supervision for LPCCs
