Hello! I work with clients to uncover and develop each individual's own innate strengths while integrating a variety of research-based interventions to reduce anxiety, improve mood, process trauma, and improve relationships. My background includes additional training in psychopharmacology, neuroscience, language-based learning differences, including dyslexia and processing disorders, ADHD, supportive parent coaching and high conflict relationships.
