About Me
As a seasoned therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in trauma, substance abuse, and a range of mental health concerns, providing compassionate care to individuals, families, and communities. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strength-based, and holistic, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing. I work with clients facing trauma-related disorders, substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and a variety of life stressors, including academic and behavioral challenges in children and adolescents.
