About Me
I work with relational and sexual trauma, including sexual abuse — especially when it reshapes identity, distorts belonging, or lives quietly in the nervous system. Many people I meet have experienced so much that they worry no one will believe their story. Often, it shows up as shame, shutdown, deep loneliness, or feeling invisible. It shows up in the body too: hypervigilance, sudden freezing, going blank, slumping posture, emotional overwhelm, tension in the jaw or pelvis, or the urge to disappear. These experiences shape how you love, how you protect yourself, who you trust, what you tolerate, how much you share and hide in order to stay connected.
Education & Experience
I work experientially, drawing from IFS, AEDP, EMDR, and somatic practices in a way that is slower, deeper, and relational. Many of the people who find me have already done years of talking and understanding. What they’re longing for now is something felt, experiential, grounded, and rooted in the body.
