About Me
Do you struggle with the exhausting effects of trauma, overwhelming chronic health stressors, or the loss of a sense of self which impacts your day-to-day life and everything from your relationships to your motivation? Do you feel overwhelmed and frozen by depression, grief, anxiety, or the pain & weight of your experiences? Do you question that your mental health symptoms and/or quality of life could ever get better? Now more than ever, people are feeling discouraged and alone in their pain and mental health struggles. At my practice Rise Counseling and Coaching, we believe every person should have support in rising from life’s challenges and roadblocks. As a person with lived experience of disability and chronic illness, I believe there is hope & healing here for all who are searching for it.
