About Me

My interest in the field began after my own transformative experience in EMDR therapy where I learned how important it can be to have a safe and secure relationship as you embark on a journey toward healing from past, present, and/or future struggles. Over the years, working with various mental health organizations and witnessing the transformative experience individuals had, inspired me to pursue a career helping others navigate life’s challenges. Working with individuals, couples, and families is one of my life’s greatest treasures. I am honored to learn each client’s story, witness their incredible resiliency, and help them along their journey toward healing and growth.

Education & Experience

I earned my Doctorate in Psychology specializing in Attachment therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and utilizing EMDR to facilitate change for clients suffering from trauma. I am certified in EMDR Therapy, EFT Therapy, Mindfulness and Self Compassion (MSC), and am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and EMDR Consultant in Training. My approach in treatment is to help uncover, resource, release and heal the attachment wounds that can happen as a result of trauma and that are interfering in the client's present experiences. Stylistically, I am quite open, honest, informative, and aim to always offer my clients the warmth and safety necessary to lean into our relationship as a safe haven as we embark on their healing journey.
