Education & Experience

I graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2006 with a Bachelor's of General Studies with a focus in Human Services and a minor in Women's Studies. I then graduated from Fordham University in 2012 with a Master's of Social Work and have been licensed since 2015. I have over 20 years of experience working in the human service field including my time as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in various capacities with numerous populations, such as a residential counselor and job coach for those with developmental disabilities, a victim’s advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, a group facilitator for those involved in the criminal justice system who committed domestic violence offenses, as a clinician for those afflicted with various mental health disorders and/or addiction issues. I’ve provided outpatient, intensive outpatient program services, assessment and diagnosis.
