About Me

I am a bilingual mental health therapist, proficiently speaking both English and Spanish languages. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arkansas, and the owner of New Leaf Behavioral Health, established July of 2017, and conveniently located and contracted with Stonehaven Behavorial Health & Wellness.

Education & Experience

I received my Master of Science in 2016 at John Brown University, completing the Dual Track program in Marriage and Family Therapy and Community Counseling. I have been working in the mental health field since 2013, and am experienced in treating a variety of mental health and behavioral concerns. I have completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), am a Nationally Certified Counselor by the National Board for Certified Counselors, an Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist by the Trauma Institute International, a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist by EMDRIA, and an ADHD - Certified Clinical Service Provider by Evergreen Certifications.
