I approach my work with a passion to help individuals process trauma, confront anxiety, work through transitional periods, explore identity and learn to embrace self-care. Through the process of EMDR, I aim to provide honest, non-judgmental support for those on their journey to heal.
Education & Experience
Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Licensed clinical social worker with several years experience in community mental health providing psychotherapy to a variety of ages and mental health concerns before transitioning full time into private practice. Certified in EMDR and currently pursuing becoming EMDR consultant.
