About Me
Born and Raised in Chicago, I started my career in teaching high school art and went back to school to receive my Masters in Counseling: Art therapy. I moved to CO about 8 years ago. Ive been in the mental health field for 16 years. Im and avid yogi, artist, bookworm and nature lover.
Education & Experience
I have a bachelors in art education and a masters in counseling : art therapy. I have extensive experience in with adults and teens struggling with anxiety depression, OCD, and PTSD. I have worked inpatient as well as private practice. Im a specialist in CPTSD, BPD and Dissociative Disorders using EMDR with progressive approaches integrating parts work, art therapy and Reiki.
