My life's work is holding space for folx along their journey of remembering. When we remember who we are, our system has the capacity to heal itself. I specialize in trauma informed life transitions and healing in relationship(s). I strive to be antiracist and culturally humble. I am a LGBTQIA2S+ and ND affirming practitioner.
Education & Experience
I am am IFS Certified Therapist. I have completed IFIO (IFS for relationships) and Level 3 training with Dr. Richard Schwartz through the IFS Institute. I have additional EMDRIA approved training in integrating IFS and EMDR. MA in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University BS in Environmental Science from University of Washington
