About Me
I'm a bilingual licensed Master Social Worker in Arizona and a pastoral counselor, I am passionate about assisting individuals in overcoming obstacles and finding a purpose and reason to live a fulfilling life. I am a person with the ability to influence change and persuade decision-makers. At heart, I enjoy guiding and serving as a resource to others. I also like sharing my opinions, enlightening people's minds, and making a positive impact on the world. My friends frequently ask for my advice and value my ideas on a wide range of issues. My followers are moved by how I perceive the world. There is no greater satisfaction for me than to see and experience growth in the lives of others.
Education & Experience
I hold a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies and a second bachelor’s degree in biblical and pastoral studies. Additionally, I hold a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University, and a doctoral student in behavioral health at Arizona State University. I'm a Certified Biblical Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), and trained and practice EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a registered Circle of Security parenting facilitator and a certified parenting leader from Active Parenting Publishers (APP). I specialize in using a multicultural approach in conjunction with EMDR therapy to assist people with healing from trauma and overcoming issues related to parental attachment, family conflict, parent support, foster/adoption transitions, autism, and neurodiversity.
