Hello! My name is Carlos and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I specialize in working with adults and couples and I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
