About Me

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a safe virtual therapy experience for a diversity of clients; most importantly: Black Women. Many of those who reach out to me throughout California, are looking to move past the stuck places in their personal lives, careers, and relationships. I help them (and can help you) recognize what might not have been considered experiences of trauma and its present-day knotting effect on various areas of life. Additionally, I provide support by treading these challenging areas with you, helping you to increase the resources and awareness needed to live a more honest, and integrated life. I value your life and it's potential, and would love to help you get started. Call or email me today.
