About Me
As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a safe virtual therapy experience for a diversity of clients; most importantly for Black and Brown Women. I believe that life can be more fulfilling when we have effective care to help us unburden our bodies and connect to our essence (who we truly are underneath the armor that we wear). This effective care can also help you address a variety of unresolved traumas, relationship challenges, complicated grief, big life transitions, perfectionism, and impostor syndrome cycles. I'd be honored to help you embrace your right to feel deeply alive, to have healthy unconditional care and support, and to take up unapologetic space in this world. In our work together, I'll help you live your life like it's golden and I know your body will thank you for it. So, visit my website or call/text to schedule.
