About Me

Carol’s focus is on trauma therapy. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Addiction-Informed Mental Health Professional, as well as being trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prepare & Enrich for marriage and premarital counseling. Her passion is to work closely with people as they address the challenges they have experienced in their lives. In addition, Carol is a Certified Connection and Recovery Therapist, (CCRT-SLA) with a focus in Sex and Love Addiction. She works with individuals and their partners to help them understand addiction issues, find the road to recovery, and establish a healthy relationship.
