About Me

I was trained in EMDR in 2001 and became certified in 2003 with Roy Kiessling as my Approved Consultant. qui9ckly added EMDR to my practice to desensitize and reprocess the negative cognitions expressed about themselves. This combined with DBT which I studied with Marcia Linehan in 1995 gave me tools to desensitize traumatic memories and to teach many of the life skills that were deficient in most of my clients. In 2011 I trained with Jon Connally in Rapid resolution Therapy and became Certified in Clinical Hypnosis. I have extensive experience working with with client depression, anxiety, addictions of all types and dissociative and attachment disorders as well. I am Certified in
Rule 31 mediation and I am a Certified personality Trainer with CLASS , Inc. I am Board Certified in Christian Counseling. I offer 30 years of experience in working with all ages although right now I am only dealing with adults in individual, group and family therapy. Currently I am a EMDR Basic Trainer with EMDR Consulting.
