About Me
I believe in each person’s innate capacity to heal and I strive to create conditions for this from a place of curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I work with individuals to process and peacefully resolve past trauma, manage present anxieties, and effectively cope with stressors to engage more fully in their lives. I am an attachment-based practitioner trained in various integrative and relational therapies with a specific focus on trauma recovery and anxiety management. I primarily work from an EMDR Therapy lens, incorporating mindfulness, self-compassion, somatic, and cognitive therapies. My practice emphasizes the mind-body connection in the pursuit of healing. It has been my privilege to support individuals on their journey to wellness for the last ten years. I believe in each person’s ability to step wholly into the present and I am grateful and humbled to walk alongside you as you create a full and meaningful life.
